In the theme of “use what I have in the house,” I made 2 vegan soups this week: 1) red lentil with bulgur and red pepper and 2) creamy rutabaga and parsnip. Both were a hit with the fam 🍽️

I grow tomato plants from seed every year, including several Roma plants for sauce. I freeze the tomatoes, and then when I have a not busy day 😂, I pressure can a batch of spaghetti sauce. Always better than store-bought. #Gardening #HomeMade #Preserving #Canning
