Yellow-browed Bunting trapped, ringed and released at the Swannery. It's flown to the hedge which runs alongside the Swannery grounds and the bird may be viewable from the permissive path heading west from Grove Lane.

Steyning Round Hill 7.00 - 10.30 : 2 Yellow Wag (over), Redstart, 4 Wheatear, 3 Whinchat, 1m & 1f type Blackcap, 1WW. Also the usual mix of Corn Bunting (12), Yellowhammer (3), Linnet (15), Goldfinch (6) and Whitethroat (6). Redstart more confiding today.

A work diversion today enabled a visit to Titchfield Haven for the Hudsonian Godwit which showed well and spent most of the time feeding! The hide wasn't as packed as I imagined too. Fantastic reserve

Yesterday the Calf of Man was visited by this stunning white Hen Harrier!!!! The bird spent a short while hunting before gaining a lot of height a disappearing north. What a bird!!!! #ukbirding
