Some writers weave gorgeous figurative language into their prose and I’m always in awe. I’m so curious if it’s a natural talent or if they actively grind away at weaving lush language in during revisions 🤯

We spent the morning volunteering at TeenBookCon, made mini cakes, watched a movie, and went to dinner. She’s so sweet bc she went bday shopping and bought her siblings stuff with her money and I am like girl you are absolutely a big sister
