Really wish health insurance companies would integrate public transport routes into their find a provider maps/lists. I'd rather see a PCP that's further away from my house if it's on a direct bus route, than one closer who is difficult to get to on the bus. #healthcareaccess #publictransit

For MS/MPH in Epi/Public Health what are the norms around emailing faculty at the institutions/programs before applying? I know this is the norm for PhD programs, but I have a recent BS in Public Health grad who is about to apply for MPHs and I wasn't sure what to advise!

There is a lot in a name and there has been a push in global public health to move away from names that can easily be exploited to stigmatize entire regions or groups of people. This is not "woke" it's simply the right thing to do.
