genuinely, I think it's a very good thing if you give the transfems in your life a safe space to talk about all the horrifically traumatic things they've gone through and also told them how fucked up some of those things are because we'll often downplay so many things and need to hear it
I am continually amazed at the things transfems have gone through and how much we all endure and still manage to persist. None of us deserve any of it, but we soldier on and sometimes it's nice to swap stories and commiserate about it

one thing i can say confidently from my vantage at episode 31 is that ikeda definitely understood quess and katejina, two of the biggest comprehension filter characters to have been written up to that point, so like, yeah i think he was right about having it figured out
thinking about the fact that wing was made by one person who watched all of gundam and went "I'VE CRACKED THE CODE" and another person who watched all of gundam and went "I don't think I get it..."

my small and practical one that doesn’t involve completely overhauling society is that if you care about public transit and are able, you should get a job in public transit. every public transit system in the us is understaffed and many have expansion plans dependent on hiring enough people to do it
