I had a great time taking part in the open day last Saturday!

Working in the MaxLab was a great experience (&humbling, the kids were so smart 🧠). I hope they learned 1/3 much about the science of the senses as I did German! 🧪

Thank for joining us, and I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did 😊

Working alongside such kind and talented colleagues, who are more than happy to share their knowledge and help, has made me feel even more motivated to stay in this field. As a first-gen “academic” it is really hard to feel like you belong in academia, but this lab has done that for me 😊
