Update after first week of fully committing to Linux; Went with PopOS. Quickly ran into an issue with freezes which apparently has been an existing bug for 3+ years.
Turns out switching desktop environment from Gnome to KDE Plasma did the trick.

I just installed pop!os and random freezes keep happening.I can still move my mouse but can't do anyhting with it.

Just made the full switch to Linux for my gaming PC. Lutris made the move surprisingly easy, allowing for easy battle.net and WoW install.
Maybe I can finally leave Windows behind
once and for all 🙏
