My autistic brother's special interest is horror. Halloween goes from Sept 1 to Nov 30. So he decides on The Mist to close out on. Get to the bleak ending, I'm wrestling with emotions, and my brother, with a grin on his face turns his head to me and says, "Okay, time for Charlie Brown!" I cackled.

Every time my dad tries to equate Mormon persecution from the 19th century to insert any marginalized group, I want to throw a cinder block through the window. I don't argue because he's had 7 strokes and his LDS faith is his only blind spot. He's a socialist at 80, but still, JFC. Rant over.

She's absolutely right. As a producer with several films in development with female directors, I can say it is an absolute uphill battle to get execs to fund their projects. Great scripts are sitting on shelves while a generation of our most talented women sit idle.

If you live in a state with a large rural population, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider investigating which areas in your region are food deserts & consider possibly giving to food banks that serve them. Rural food deserts are going to be the regions worst hit by the SNAP cutoff. Absolutely devastating.

Guys, there's no evidence ICE is buying guided warheads. The contract in question is for normal distraction devices, the kind they've been using for years.
I'm seeing a lot of people claiming ICE has guided warheads. This seems to be based on a Substack newsletter which as best I can tell was referring to this contract. This contract is for distraction devices (sound grenades), but the PSC is for guided warheads
