Potential impact if Europe fail to support Ukraine. The lack of funding and feeling of betrayal might cause the Ukrainian armed forces to collapse. The results would be another 5 - 10M refugees flooding western Europe, a Russia that controls Ukrainian industry and a Russian advance far into the EU.

In Odesa, a maternity ward burned, an ambulance station was destroyed, and homes were hit—2 killed, 6 injured.

The main thrust of the aerial attack came in Kyiv, but also Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions also suffered damage.
