Potential impact if Europe fail to support Ukraine. The lack of funding and feeling of betrayal might cause the Ukrainian armed forces to collapse. The results would be another 5 - 10M refugees flooding western Europe, a Russia that controls Ukrainian industry and a Russian advance far into the EU.

This fall will be the first big stress test for US clothing retailers. Last night, Kyiv and Odesa came under massive Russian missile and drone attack. In Kyiv, debris damaged homes, vehicles, business centers, and infrastructure—at least 4 people were injured. In Odesa, a maternity ward burned, an ambulance station was destroyed, and homes were hit—2 killed, 6 injured.

The main thrust of the aerial attack came in Kyiv, but also Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions also suffered damage.

Being positive? Well there were some breath-taking photographs taken in Kyiv, which may hopefully get a wide audience, particularly in the US.
