Considering the state of events unfolding around our freedom to choose to engage freely with “the enemy” my Sunday thought is this: “When the currents of a thousand whispers guide the flow of the river, the water never knows it was once free to choose its course”

Change is always the constant, but often not easily embraced. Perhaps if we consented to see the layers of change for what they could be - brushstrokes instead of growing pains - we would also see the masterpiece we are becoming. 😉

Looks like speed is gaining on the new legislation to extend TikTok by 270 days. People are calling their local reps and it’s working. 😉

Despite the turmoil and hardships, it’s a new week w/ new possibilities! May today have been a turning of the page and a reminder you are not alone. It can’t rain all the time.

This morning one thought prevails: Growth isn’t about being perfect/ perfecting yourself. Perfection isn’t possible. Being willing and brave enough to evolve, even when it feels messy & completely inconvenient, could come as close to having peace within ourselves as we need right here and now.
