To be honest, I barely use this app, so only being an hour and a half late is actually quite impressive!

It’s marathon season, therefore for me and the physio who I refer clients to, it’s stress fracture season. Please don’t run on a stress fracture. It will delay recovery and can lead to life changing injuries. Just needed to get it out there. #running #runchat
