In the 90s Sal wasn't for me because I was so wrapped up in the hyper detail of the Image founder. Now? His clean style and flawless storytelling is so much more appealing to me than any of the Image guys.

It's crazy that The Child Within was JMD's first story in Spectacular Spider-Man. What a way to kick off the run.
