Baked my first cheesecake today. I split the recipe into 2 portions so my in-laws could have one. They cooked too fast even though I lowered the temp & the bake time. Despite all that it still resulted in a massive crack. The one we tried was pretty good.. just hope the other ones not too dry. 🙏
