Watched Cheech and Chongs Last Movie yesterday. I didnt know Tommy had a Scottish/Irish ma. Was a mixture of smiles and sad nostalgia. I first saw Up in Smoke on a pirate video in 1979 and most of them I watched it with are dead. I watched it at the same time as I discovered weed/hash and women.

Forgot to post my run yesterday. Wee rest day the day so here it is. Slow 10 k recovery run. My slow is getting faster. 80% slow 20% fast is definitely paying off.

Long slow afternoon run. Had to really concentrate on keeping the pace down. Legs really wanted to go faster, I find this 80% slow running awkward but it's yielding results.

5k interval run with no stops. Slowed down to a mid paced run between sprints. Still getting faster and not even a twinge in my knee, safe to say I've fully recovered.

Decided to take a mock British/English citizen test. No Scottish based questions came up when I did it 3 times. I can safely say I'm getting deported in the morning. Failed miserably. Guess that means I'm no British. I've always said I'm Scottish no British. 🏴🏴🏴
