Happy Wednesday y'all! This week I'm eagerly waiting on And Now, Back to You by , a romantic comedy set in the same world as First-Time Caller. I adored the first book in the series, and I loved meeting Jackson there. I'm excited to see his romance in this one. Also like the first one, this one is inspired by a classic 90's rom-com, and my personal favorite, When Harry Met Sally, so my excitement is off the charts for this one 😁

Fantastic conclusion to an awesome series. Dust by is the final book in the which brings us back to the present day and all the lies are about to come to light. Juliette is now the reluctant mayor of Silo 18. After nearly dying trying to return, Juliette wants to save her people and friends. She's also desperate to get back to Solo and the kids, knowing they need help, but not knowing what it will cost all of them.

Spicy zombie read. Zomromcom by is a paranormal dystopian romance about one woman's fate when the zombies escape containment. We are dropped right into the middle of the action. Edie is returning to her home inside the containment zones when she notices a zombie bounding for her clueless neighbor Chad. She has two options: let Chad die as a sacrificial lamb giving her enough time to reach her safe area or attempt to save Chad.

Ghost Business by is the second book in her paranormal, contemporary romance set in , Florida where some of the residents never left after death. Sophie is a lifelong resident and lover of the town. She's built a life sharing the true stories of the ghostly residents through her weekend walking ghost tour. She's happy, or so she thinks, until an out of towner shows up and starts his own ghost tour.

Happy Wednesday y'all! This week I'm eagerly waiting on The Cursed Queen's Daughter by , the follow up book to The Forest King's Daughter. I devoured the first book, loving the world of the and the war brewing between Sylvan and Dracu. While book one told the story of the youngest daughter and her cursed ring, this one tells the story of her sister Thea, who has trained to be First Huntsman of her father's armies and desperately wants to prove her worth. I liked Thea in the first book so I'm really excited to dive into her story.

My son randomly pointed to books on my main book shelf for today's topic. Some of these I've read, other's are waiting to be read. If I've read it, I'll put my star rating next to it.

Inspired by Agatha Christie, this book follows the story of a series of seemingly unconnected murders in a small town. When the council chairman turns up dead and it is ruled a heart attack, Georgiana Radcliffe believes he is the fifth victim and sets out to prove her theory.

A thief being played by the Fates, an aristocratic society, and fate unwinding....yes to all please. Cannot wait to read this one.

I could be WAAAAY off base with the retelling assumption as I haven't read it yet, BUT I do believe based on the blurb alone that it is at bare minimum inspired by the tale.

I fell in love with Ibañez's work a few years ago and have devoured her fantasy novels (still need to read her Woven in Midnight series). I adore her writing style which fully immerses you in the setting and magic. This one deals with immortals and forbidden magic. I cannot wait to dive in!

There are only 19 days to Halloween, 46 days to Thanksgiving, 74 days to Christmas, and 81 days to the New Year 🤯 With the holiday season rapidly approaching, I'm feeling a little anxious. Normally, I've started (and nearly completed) my shopping by now, but I haven't even looked yet.

Murderbot is back in Rogue Protocol by . This time he is looking for evidence against GrayCris, the corporation at the heart of all that's been going wrong. His goal is to find data that proves what GrayCris is doing and send it to Dr. Mensah, who is currently facing scrutiny about where the SecUnit is. In true Murderbot fashion, he stumbles across some humans in need of rescuing along the way.

House of Marionne by is the first book in a YA romantic fantasy series about one girl's quest to discover her magic and the plot she uncovers. Quell and her mom have been living a quiet life on the run, though Quell isn't quite sure what they are running from. She's just tired of all the running. Then one day, her toushana (a forbidden magic) awakens in front of the very people they are running from.

Fury of a Crown by is the fourth installment of series and the final book featuring Samara and Odessa. Picking up after the events of Ruin of a Crown, we hit the ground running and don't stop til we reach the end. If you have not read the first three books in this series, there may be minor spoilers to them in this review.

Happy Wednesday y'all! This week I'm eagerly waiting on A War of Wyverns by , the much anticipated sequel to A Language of Dragons. The first book is one of my top reads from this year, and I cannot explain to y'all how excited I was to learn there would be a sequel. I cannot wait to dive back into this world. If you are a fan of dragons, political intrigue, and rebellions, I highly recommend it!

I love this topic so much, but it is going to be SO bad for my TBR 😂 I'm a series a binger, meaning I like to spend a week reading a finished series. Below are ten of my favorite completed series that just left me happy, in no particular order.

This was a fun, albeit emotional, read! Overdue by is an adult debut contemporary romance/women's fiction about a girl turning thirty and her life falling apart. Ingrid Dahl thought she had her life all planned out–perfect boyfriend, good job, responsibly saving–until her little sister announced her engagement at Christmas. Now, Ingrid and her long-time boyfriend Cory are discussing marriage, and both panic, realizing they've never been with anyone else.

Happy Sunday y'all! I'm happy to be back to blogging after a short break in September. Vacation was amazing, but also exhausting. I had big plans to be back full time after Disney, but you need a vacation to rest after Disney 😅 This was our fourth year going, and as always, we had a blast and have already booked next year's trip.

Queen of Shadows by is the fourth installment of the series which follows are assassin turned queen as she returns to Adarlan ready to claim her crown. This is the book in the series where we see a lot of movement in the series arc, new characters, and a ton of action. This is my 5th or 6th time reading this book, and I'm really enjoying my series reread or, I guess, listen since I'm opting for the audiobooks this go around.

This was a fun, quirky read. Haunted Ever After by is the first book in a new series set in , a small coastal Florida town with ghostly residents. Cassie Rutherford is looking for a fresh start after her friend group has all moved on to getting married and having babies, so she buys a recently flipped historic cottage in Boneyard Key.

I really, really wanted to love this book, but it was just meh. Between These Broken Hearts by is the conclusion to Beneath These Cursed Stars. If you haven't read it or These Hollow Vows, there may be spoilers for them ahead. Read at your own risk. Picking up where book one left off, Princess Jasalyn has only eleven days left to live.

Happy Wednesday y'all! This week I'm eagerly waiting on We Who Will Die by . I am a sucker for fantasies set in a Roman-inspired world. Add in vampires, and I'm hooked. I honestly didn't have to read more of the blurb to know I wanted to read this one. That said, I did read the whole blurb, and it sounds amazing.

Happy Tuesday y'all! We are rapidly approaching the end of 2025 which blows my mind. Didn't we just start the new year like yesterday? 😅 This year continues to be a good reading year for me. I'm on track to beat my previous years' numbers, averaging around 10 books a month. I'm currently sitting at 82 books read for the year so far.

The story quickly grabbed my attention as we meet Elver, a young orphan who has been selected for a sacrifice to one of the twelve gods.
