Sport spectacles are a regular part of fascist culture. From the 1936 Olympics to European soccer hooliganism, the far right has embraced sports as a metaphor for physical domination and violence. Trump's obsessive need to win at golf by cheating reveals his fascist mind

Only a military coup can save America now. Our democracy isn't capable of defending itself from a fascist takeover. Hopefully, when generals are ordered to commit the mass murder of Chicagoans and Portlanders, they will instead turn on Trump, Vance, and Hegseth. Politics is over. It's survival now.

Jews who support MAGA fail to understand Trump's apparent affection for them. Trump believes Jews are vile, self-serving, conspiring assholes who steal property and shove people around like board game tokens. But in his twisted psychology, these are virtues that make Jews desirable as partners.

The demolition of the East Wing to build a monument to Trump's greatness is a central feature of the project. By destroying the structure that housed the contributions of First Ladies to the US, Trump stamps out the women's feminizing influence on the executive branch. What else would a rapist do.

For teenagers today, finding your dad's border patrol gear tucked away in the attic will be like finding Klansman garb a generation or two earlier, or a Nazi SS uniform before that. Today's fascist operatives should never be allowed to live down their shameful participation in this sick regime.

My mother was born on this day in 1920. She died on this day in 1993. On her 25th birthday, she was in a boxcar heading out of Auschwitz toward Bergen-Belsen, accompanied by 8000 female prisoners, Anne and Marta Frank among them. I do not exaggerate when I say Trump is a more vile man than Hitler.

Fascism is the politics of malevolent masculinity. At its core is misogyny and the abnegation of all things womanly. Trump's $350m ballroom project isn't just the usual tyrant's edifice, but also the erasure of first ladies who have served the nation from the West Wing. Demolishing the wing=misogyny

Benito Mussolini, Nicolae Ceaucescu, Muamar Gaddafi. History prescribes the endings of thieving tyrants. When his end comes, I will leave my northern home and go to where I can beat his corpse.

Adolf Hitler didn't hesitate to use violence, but he used it instrumentaly to achieve an end. Trump, in contrast, uses violence expressively for his emotional gratification. Trump delights in punishment. This is yet another reason why Trump is more dangerous and more depraved than Adolf Hitler was.

If democracy is doomed, we should stop trying to preserve it. Instead, let's fight for a radical anti-poverty regime to replace it. Reverse utilitarianism recognizes that "happiness" is a vague concept, but misery and deprivation are easily seen. Make the end of want and suffering an ultimate goal.

The Dems won't save us. Our best and most plausible hope is a military coup. After the shit show at Quantico this week, I'm heartened that the top ranks of the military would occupy the White House before mass murdering American civilians. And not just that. Trump and Headcase are weakening the US.

The forebears of the MAGA war on American citizens were the murderers George Zimmerman and Kyle Rittenhouse. These two evil pricks showed how easily less valued lives can be snuffed out with impunity. Now we have squadrons of Zimmermans and Rittenhouses invading US cities, looking for action.

At least Adolf Hitler had genuine affection and respect for the German volk under his leadership. Trump is closer to Commodus or Caligula than to Hitler. The second last bullet point is chilling.
Trump's MAGA-fied military prepares for "war from within"
In one historic speech, Trump eviscerated decades of civil-military restraint.

For all the evil shit Adolf Hitler did, he never declared war on a German city or released his goons on the German masses. Trump could teach Hitler a thing or two about being a bastard.

Even after years of study, I didn't understand that fascist dictators don't usurp power and quash democratic freedoms. Rather, power is surrendered by co- governing bodies, and the people willingly give up their legal and political rights. Fascism is a deal with the devil, one who turns good men bad

On October 28, 2016, Comey advised Congress, against his own ethics and DoJ policy, that he was reopening the Clinton email probe. On October 31, the NY Times reported that the FBI found no clear link between the Trump campaign and Russians. And yet Comey still regards himself an honest, ethical man

A mind-trick used by fascists is conflating their toxic ideology with conservatism. Core fascists can only achieve power by recruiting genuine good-faith conservatives to their revolutionary cause. Not long ago, MAGA Republicans were called alt-right and were relegated to the fringes of US politics.

Trump is building a balls room. It will house Chuck Schumer's balls and Lindsay Graham's balls. Kamala Harris' crystal display case will be empty: She never had any balls. There will be a massive display of Democrats' balls, and when you press a button, they all say, "Stay calm, nothing to see here"

While I still can, let me say Charlie Kirk was a piece of shit. I also don't give a flying fuck about his family left behind. Taylor Robinson is a hero to me. I hold him in the same esteem as the French partisans and the many who died fighting Nazism.

The devastating economic consequences of Trump's tariffs aren't the worst part. The tariffs give the administration a revenue source unauthorized by congress and unregulated by law. It can, and likely will, be used to fund an army loyal to Trump personally. Militias will kill when the army will not.

Pro-democracy/anti-violence messages are deeply misguided. While we hold steadfast to civility and the rule of law, the autocrats, those perfidious pricks, will grind us into the ground. We can either try to save democracy or try to save ourselves. We can't do both. The contract has been broken.

Rather than recognize that MAGA itself created the Gropers, and MAGA itself killed Charlie Kirk by infecting America with hate and paranoia, the fuckers are firing teachers, journalists, and academics. We need to inflame the MAGA v. Groper wars so they destroy each other. I'm for gun rights now.

Rape survivors often report they were petrified with fear, unable to defend themselves because they were frozen with shock and horror. Just as often, the assailant is someone familiar, someone who has been in the survivor's life for some time. This also is what is happening in the Democratic party.

Almost unnoticed, Trump crossed a moral boundary this week by killing, in cold blood, 12 civilians. Rather than using the Coast Guard or Navy to stop a Venezuelan vessel, Trump blew it to bits. He's testing his power to kill. The next series of murders will be closer to home.
