12th July 2009 I had to give up my ticket to see Oasis because I was about to have the boy. They then announce their split. 16 years and a tiny bit later, and now his favourite band, I get to take him with me 🙌

Our rescue dog, Nerys, is on anti-anxiety meds, and often refuses to move - but I totally relate and just think she is menopausal and over this shit

A very hot day for a White Wedding: Yungblud @Bludfest keeping the Gen X parents of their emo Gen Z kids happy with a surprise appearance. Personally I would have gone for Rebel Yell given the audience, but let’s face it, White Wedding is always going to win the popular vote.

I don’t remember the parenting books mentioning anything about taking your 13 year old to her first social media ‘activation’ (basically an anarchic type of meet+greet/crowd-sourced music promo event) but it was lots of fun & Yungblud does have a lovely fanbase. And yes, I do feel officially old.

We used to have one dog who looked at me like this so I’d play with him. We thought he might like a friend so they could play together. Now we just have two dogs who look at me like this 😵💫😁

Introducing Nerys, our newest member of the family. Her Welsh name is in honour of the rescue centre in Llanelli who took her in as a retired breeding dog from a puppy farm in Ireland 💔. She joined us on Saturday 25th January, aged about 5, & is settling into her new life of being totally spoiled 🥰
