If your peace depends on everything going right, it is not peace. That's control.
Learn to be steady in uncertainty.

That's real growth.

Why are they reporting it like it's a paramilitary coup?

Working on finishing a paper for my LL.M.

Entertained a side-thought and now accidentally have detailed 10-page-answer for whale-climate financing as "Climate Mitigators." With "Mock Scenarios."

& everyone laughs at the wanabe-tax-barrister turned environmentalist.

My papers still not finished 😅

I would caution people to stop relying on the Constitution as written to have any meaning other than what the people Trump put on the Supreme Court says it means.

"He can't do that" is not a useful response to the things he's going to do. The correct response is "Will the Court uphold that?"
Trump cannot abrogate birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment by way of executive order. That’s not how constitutional rights work.

1 thing that COP29 is doing: Spurring on my recent line of new climate law research.

Resulted from asking, what I believed to be a simple question, to which no one had an answer.

A short 🧵 on the imperialist geopolitics of climate and ecological breakdown while #COP29 goes on:

The ruling class of the West and Global North knows that food and resource scarcities and unlivable conditions leading to mass migrations and geopolitical turmoil are inevitable and imminent.

These ecocidal and genocidal imperialists should be allowed nowhere near the places they have helped destroy.

What might be the problems with this? 🧵
