Ok, explain to me like I'm 4, how is it that they can deport you for NOT pleading guilty on a bogus charge, after they were denied deporting you on a bogus charge, after detaining you for absolutely no reason?

After the election, I quit the news. I felt guilty, though, for ignoring it, so I started to pay attention again. Its so bad it's making me sicker. I need to detach myself somehow but not be blindsided.

As much as I love the rebuttal, I am afraid that slippery slope has been found and from here on out, I don't think democracy stands a chance.
I read that northern CA cities, mostly imland, are now considering secession.
