Seeing all the shots of Peter Bergman in the first couple episodes of Pluribus is giving me flashbacks to watching Young and the Restless when I was younger. Jack Abbott was one of my favorite characters on that soap.

ChatGPT is not a search engine! There's plenty of *documented* evidence that it consistently gives out misleading, inaccurate, and just straight up false info.
One of the swimmers had used ChatGPT to consult the tide times: “I made the mistake of using ChatGPT for research to see when the low tide was."

Trying to conceptualize my next musical project, which is something I've been hoping to do for a while. It involves a game that's more or less become vaporware/abandonware, but one that enough people know about to appreciate it.

is it just me, or is it getting less safe to work front-facing jobs? I'm not just talking about regular customer crash-outs when service doesn't meet expectations. I'm talking like, people deliberately picking fights and getting belligerent for no apparent reason. Or unwell people causing trouble.
