@bretdevereaux.bsky.social Bret I'm curious, have you tried "Master of Command" on Steam? It's a pretty simple 7 Years War game that combines (very basic) TW-style battles with an inventory system. Infantry units can be given superior guns or bayonets, cavalry can be given better horses, etc.

My new job kicks ass and I love working here. I knew there were people who loved their jobs but I didn't think I'd ever be one of them. Until now I was mostly just doing it because I need money to Not Die.

It rocks how Trump fucked up customs and the mail. I ordered something from Sweden that was like $60 and it shipped on September 8, got to America on September 10, and it's been sitting in fuckin Indianapolis ever since until customs looks at it or something. Great system
