While my train to Newcastle was stopped for a bit yesterday I got to observe a red kite gliding around, almost hovering in places. It was really special. I also saw rose-ringed parakeets (!) in London. #birds #birdupdate

I just arrived in Chicago (landed at 5.15am) after my second red eye in 8? days and I'm sat at the baggage carousel watching just one tiny yellow suitcase going around and around and somehow relating really hard to it
