I'm already highly opposed to the existence of billionaires. Now we're doing trillionaires too.

On a completely non-political topic, I just got the new Hyrule Warriors game. It's my first one ever, and I can say it's quite good! Who knows how it'll age with time, but right now I'm enjoying it a lot.

I think a big differentiation between those genuinely dedicated to freedom and the self-interested are if you not only advocate for the rights and benefit of your own demographics, but for the ones outside as well. You can have your focuses, but not deny the basic dignity of others.

I often wonder how we can get out of this. I don't just mean Trump, but this general acceptance of either mediocre centrism or authoritarians, as opposed to democracy and economic reform. I've got no answers, so the best I can say for now is that our stubbornness to exist is an act of defiance.

Reflecting back on my messages on advocating for a national strike, while I still think that would be the most effective attack against the Trump admin, organizing one would be extremely hard. We're not France with strong unions or backing of them. So we'll just have to find other ways instead.

I think a lot of (not all of course) the world's bigotry would cease to exist if we stopped assigning a negative morality to people that someone may deem "weird".

The images of parts of the white house being torn to shreds to make way for Trump's ballroom really do symbolically represent what this administration has done to America and its institutions.

Neoliberalism was formed under the idea that manual labor could be shipped overseas while us western nations got all the white collar jobs. Problem is the rest of the world is starting to catch up, and so we are losing the monopoly on those jobs that we depended on for our economic prosperity.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress... answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people

Fascism is a weak ideology. Sure, fascists project strength, but they are cowards. Even when they have absolute power in the palm of their hands, they will still preach about the existential enemy that oppresses them. The Trump administration is among the purest examples of this fact.

If somehow, some way, all the other things this administration has said or done isn't indicative of their idiocy, their blaming of Tylenol on autism most certainly is that point.

The reason I hate Newsom is this: Even if he can fight Trump effectively, he cannot fight against the social pressures and systems that allowed for someone like Donald Trump to become so popular? Not at all. And that's why we need to remove him from our list of 2028 presidential candidates.

So much bad has happened these past few months, its hard to keep track. It makes me think of this quote a lot: It's easier to hide behind 40 attrocities than a single incident." Better to keep people mad but confused than mad and focused.

They blamed the left for Kirk's death, only for it to be revealed that the killer was a gun enthusiast Mormon who was a registered republican. Idk if this'll fix anything though, since their allies are too stuck to this narrative to even bother trying correcting it.
September 12, 2025 at 6:41 PM
Ok so not only was there the whole Kirk incident, there was also a school shooting. I don't want to live in a world where kids are just being shot up constantly because some jerk wants to own military grade weaponry in the hopes of resisting a government that has nukes. We need gun control NOW!

Charlie Kirk spent his life‘s work and all of his energy and time targeting out-groups while arguing for a world in which gun massacres would be easy to enact, plentiful, and inevitable, and he became famous and wealthy doing it, and we’re now not supposed to mention that because it’s not polite.

Do I endorse violence? No. But Charlie Kirk reaped what he sowed.

Having billionaires in such a needy world is already a failure of capitalism. Trillionaires is just several magnitudes worse. We dont need bigger number for the rich, we need the average people to be able to have a good life without struggling for basic needs.

A silver lining to all of this madness in the government against trans people is that it indicates that it's becoming normalized. You don't resort to aggressive legislation unless you are actually afraid of losing. These are the panics of those in power. And remember, real power doesn't panic.
September 5, 2025 at 1:33 AM
While Republicans are definately worse, dont forget that the democrats at large are on the same payroll by big money. They're at best either a lesser evil or a few good individuals amongst a corrupt majority. Simply trash talking Trump and his movement isnt long term policy thinking.
September 3, 2025 at 3:49 AM
We cant rely on Trump kicking the bucket. People like him have a history of stubbornly staying alive. What we need is a strong progressive movement that'll meet the economic needs of common people, while also championing human rights. Someone like Newsom won't bring long term success for us.
August 31, 2025 at 12:44 PM
These bigots on the right are despicable for trying to blame trans people for the shooting rather than the fact that that person was a neo-nazi. Most shooters are cis white guys, yet when there's two in the course of a couple years, all of the sudden all trans people are insane. Give me a break!
August 29, 2025 at 12:41 PM
Not sorry to say that I dont like Gavin Newsom's rise. He's a man without any real principles, falling in line with corporate democrats, failing to stand with the trans community, etc. We need more genuine progressives, not centrists with spicy anti-Trump rhetoric.
