healthy self criticism is perhaps the most important skill to develop as an adult. being able to recognize your own strengths & weaknesses and accepting them humbly. it's amazing how little other people's opinions matter once you've decided to critique yourself openly and honestly.

went to a farm today, owner informed us they were closed but them encouraged us to walk the land and go see the animals. then he just LEFT the property. legitimately almost cried bc of community trust. i love living here

thank you medicaid for ripping me off of one of my migraine medications because now I need to try beta blockers even though they got me down to fucking 50bpm last time :) i am on MEDICAID AND THE DOCTOR ASKED IF I COULD AFFORD THE OUT OF POCKET COSTS FOR QULIPTA (1K). I WANT TO DIE
