Excited to share my new paper in CEP! The part I’m most excited about: we modeled how students’ major intentions shift alongside their motivational beliefs (expectancy, value, cost), offering a snapshot of the beliefs students hold as they navigate decisions about their majors.

#tbt to our @mcgilleducation.bsky.social Learning Sciences bonfire and potluck a couple Saturdays ago. Many thanks to Krista Muis for hosting and to everyone who attended for making it such a fun night! I was extremely touched by the way students organized to mark and celebrate my tenure. ❤️
