Today, in the Kharkiv region, people bid farewell to Hryhorii Shykula and his three children — two-year-old Ivanko and Vladyk, and one-year-old Myroslava — who were killed as a result of a Russian strike on Bohodukhiv on February 10.

Ukraine has begun targeting Russia's shadow fleet tankers in the Black Sea. These ships will no longer be able to help Russia export their oil from the Black Sea, halting almost 30% of Russia's total global oil exports. Russia had another ICBM test launch failure.
