I feel like If I eat anything all my progress is lost this is so annoying

Plans got canceled, going to try and fast until dinner 😇

Polish food may not be necessarily healthy but when I eat some homemade Polish egg salad on a crispy ass slice of sourdough I feel so skinny…

I didn’t do this and while I’m happy I was able to enjoy my time with family without food noise, I am really regretting it now

It’s crazy looking back on the few things I can remember about my childhood and realizing they weren’t normal, like being anxious in the 3rd grade about bundling up in my winter gear properly enough not to get yelled at but at the same time stressing to make the school bus home on time.

So not looking forward to Thanksgiving. I think I’m going to try to limit myself to three bites of any dishes I put on my plate, one dessert, and the rest will be coffee and water

Wish I started restricting earlier to be skinny for thanksgiving but at least I can try speed running wl before my birthday

Went to climb with a friend and forgot my apple watch, it was so painful to climb without it 🥲 I felt naked. 3.5 hours, untracked.

Being in between jobs sucks. Instead of rotting at home, I’m trying to focus on getting my steps in even if it’s at my desk but it’s hard some days esp with the winter weather
