MIRC, rep'd by @farmstandorg & @SugarLawJustice, filed a lawsuit in 2021 challenging Michigan's denial of workers' comp wages to undocumented workers injured on the job. The Michigan Supreme Court will issue a decision, not on the merits, by July 2026.
