#SecurityTip: When entering through secured doors, don’t let other people follow you in. Instead, request to see an ID and direct visitors to the public entrance. If anyone follows in behind you, report it to building security.

#SecurityTip: Don’t leave passwords or other sensitive info out for anyone to see. Keep them secure and lock them up when away from your desk. If you need to destroy sensitive documents, use a shredder or confidential document destruction bin.

We have selected the official 2025 state Christmas tree, a 68-foot spruce from Sault Ste. Marie in Michigan's Upper Peninsula! The spruce will arrive in downtown Lansing Saturday, Nov. 1, to grace the Capitol lawn for the 2025 holiday season.
