I spoke to my partner about my recent trauma response, she held me and thanked me for sharing that with her 🥰
On the same day we said we loved each other for the first time and played ukulele together, she taught me partially how to play the song she wrote for me, "tomatoes" 🍅💖

This whole time I was worried I wouldn't be able to get attached to another person or be my true vulnerable self
Turns out now I'm scared she will die suddenly (like mum)
