Many watch a 5 min video and think they are experts

How to know if someone is a JTBD charlatan or content you see online is bs'ing you. Ask them these questions:

1. What is the definition of JTBD?

2. What are the components of JTBD?

3. Which one main question jobs theory tries to answer?

I just did a full Neko scan in London. Like Ken Adam’s designed the place!

So smart. Technically brilliant. Fantastically staffed.

If you believe in full body scans for preventative health I highly recommend

People start realizing that if they want a better environment, a better Twitter, a better country, a better society.

They have to change their own behavior, and take a shared responsibility as the community.

Otherwise "They come. They fight. They destroy. They corrupt. It always ends the same."
That journalist is @annodea.com and the interview got published in @siliconrepublic.bsky.social. Ann captured my thoughts perfectly. The success of this platform isn't solely on the Bluesky team, it's a shared responsibility, the community has a role to play. www.siliconrepublic.com/enterprise/k...

I feel like as a prerequisite, instead of campaigning, every politician needs to go on a listening tour, volunteering at the VA, at the welfare office, at shelters, etc. They can’t give speeches. They can only ask questions, they can only console. Then they tell us what they heard.

China expands Visa-free policy to 9 more countries and extends visits from 15 to 30 days:

Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia and Japan

It's nice to see China getting out of the stone age, finally.

UX is not "now" legal. It already is mandatory in the US for decades.

Fed agencies are required by law to be digital, accessible, usable, contactable online, and adopt product thinking.

* Paperwork Reduction Act 1980
* E-Government Act 2002

My newest travel hack: I am gluten-free and airport food is a scam... so I bring sachets of instant oatmeal (alongside whatever fun snack I want from the grocery store), and get hot water alongside my coffee (water is free). Voila! breakfast.

Just my 2 cents. But my goal is to ignore the trolls. Give them zero attention. Block them if they annoy me.

I think the worst thing we can do on this site is re-create the ad hominem/ personal attacks that occur across comments on Twitter/insta/tiktok/ etc

Jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) is like a high school sex. Everybody talks about it. Nobody knows what is actually is.

Over the years I have seen many people who would tell me that they are experts, been doing it for 10 years, yet they can't even give me a definition and answer any other questions.

Our research has shown that, under Elon Musk's leadership, Twitter/X has turned into a hellscape of hate, lies & extremism.

It's not surprising that people don't want to stay on his toxic platform.
