🌊🌊 Let's make this the fun good place. 😜 I'm ready for respectful discourse and random shenanigans.

Why doesn't someone help us out by telling Dorit "Stop sniping at everyone, you stupid bitch." She would stop. It would get real quiet. I am really tired of the sound of her voice. I couldn't say that though. I'm pretty quiet. #RHOBH

What a horrible human being. Victim blamer.

Michael Fanone should do a FOIA request for the names and evidence against the people who attacked him. He can sue them for damages. It's ridiculous that the DOJ told him that he wasn't a victim when he asked for those names. He has a right to that information so he can file for restraining orders.

Floored to receive this beautiful comment from Amy Carter, daughter of President Jimmy Carter.

She proudly elevates her father's legacy in promoting justice for Palestine & calls upon everyone to keep that legacy alive.

Here's my article she is responding to: www.qasimrashid.com/p/president-...

Born in Plains, where fields run wide,
A farmer’s son with humble pride.
From Navy decks to the Georgia sun,
A man of peace, his work begun.
He led with heart, sought justice fair,
Built homes with love, showed global care.
Jimmy’s light shines everywhere.

Thank you #jimmycarter for your service 💫

I have loved this man since 1976. I grew to admire so many wonderful things about him. There is less light in the world. Rest in Peace humble caring man. #JimmyCarter www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024...

This really upsets me. #45 is planning to end the accident reporting so Musk can cover up that Teslas using autopilot cause significantly more accidents than other cars with the same feature. The oligarchs in America are not new.

I'm not sure my nervous system is going to make it 4 more yrs of this

Nobody gets rich off of Social Security. Most people like me are barely subsisting on the program,. But it has helped from keeping us homeless and penniless. We paid every single cent into the program! It’s OUR money.

Some foolish professor is using AI to teach literature. I don't get it. Maybe for calculus or chemistry, but not language arts. It's ART! #AI
“My teaching is highly pedagogical, my driving is extremely automotive, and my cooking is majorly culinary.”
UCLA's AI-loving comp lit prof now says of her AI use, "I feel more empowered by this process. I am more of a teacher than I’ve ever been” and that her use of AI--which will include having it literally come up with the fucking assignments-- is “highly pedagogical and highly responsible.”

I'm watching the hearing testimony of Dr. Russell in the John O'Keefe/ Karen Read trial. It's almost painful. Dry & slow. I'm not sure if that's needed for expert voir dire. She was a cop, an ME, & an ER doc. Do those things make her an expert in dog bites? IDK. A dog bite expert would be easier.

People on restricted budgets (SNAP or otherwise) buy unhealthy, overly-processed foods because they’re cheaper. And many concentrations of poverty are effectively in food deserts where fresh, healthy foods aren’t available at any price.

This ain’t rocket science.

This is crazy and more people need to know. Young people who are disabled but don't have enough work credits don't get regular disability payments. They don't get enough for a months worth of food. What the hell!
Wish more people supported the SSI Restoration Act of 2021. It failed prob in part that terrible title. HAD IT PASSED, the 8 million people on SSI would have been able to come into the 21st century with higher savings limits and be able to get marry.
We need to pass that Act now.
SSI= oppression
