Why do we argue?
Most of the time it isn’t really about proving who’s right or wrong. We argue because we want to be heard, to express feelings or to protect what matters to us. Arguments can hurt but they can also reveal truths, open dialogue and push us to grow if we listen as much as we speak.

They say "Always be kind". While kindness can foster positivity and stronger connections, strike a balance between being considerate of others and respecting yourself.
Being kind doesn’t mean sacrificing your own well-being or tolerating harmful behaviour.

This Christmas, prioritize your mental health. It's okay to not feel okay. Reach out for support and remember you're not alone. Take care of yourself and others.

Gaslighting is a psychological manipulation tactic where an abuser makes someone question their reality, memories, or perceptions. By denying facts, twisting the truth, or blaming the victim, the abuser sows doubt and confusion, eroding the victim’s confidence and sense of self.

With things speeding up this time of year, remember to slow down for yourself. The holidays can be tough—if you're feeling overwhelmed, sad, or alone, reach out. Friends, family, and hotlines are there to listen. You're never a burden. You matter. ❤️ #MentalHealthAwareness

"No" is a complete sentence. You don't need to over-explain yourself.

Asking for help IS HARD, if it wasn't people would do it far more often.

Don't beat yourself up if you're struggling to reach out for help, but keep trying, I promise it's worth it🩵

There’s an awareness campaign I’ve been a part of for years now. #AskTwice. Its the idea that when you ask if your mate is doing well, you actually ask twice. Most people will say yes out of habit. A second time is to get them to open up about their mental health. You could save a life.
