Like, having kids destroyed my life trajectory (hopes, dreams, ambition, passions, deeper purpose to help the collective). My health declined. My body got destroyed. My brain is sicker than ever. Always overstimulated.

There was a war on drugs... And a war on terror... But it's time we wage war on brain rot.

My "headed to game 7 of the world series championship" face. Which looked a lot sadder when our boys lost, but it was the best experience. Seeing game 7 against the mariners was incredible. The happy hooligans were adorable in our city as celebrations erupted everywhere. They're still my champs. 🏆

Things I am so grateful for as the US completely collapses and falls into dictatorship:
(1) Being a mother. They keep me going.
(2) Being Canadian.
(3) Having lots of life skills.
(4) Being able to connect with basically any person and get them thinking deeply.
This collapse is scary.

Sooo tired of dreaming of begging professirs for extensions on assignments/papers that don't even exist, and waking up fully panicked about work I will never have to do, with guilt that I'm a terrible person/student.
I've been out of school for almost 8 years. 😭 Make the dreams stop.
