Out of all the website management tools I've tried, #wpremote is my favorite. It's a little more pricey but offers all the features that I need. Just got a customer survey from them too. I like how they are interested in feedback from their customers.

There's a lot of debate on this topic, wo i will say this: specialization is key, avoid being a generalist. Instead, focus on a specific niche where you can develop deep expertise. This will differentiate you from competitors and give you more power in client relationships.
