I cannot WAIT to play Lumines Arise. The original games were just so fundamentally part of my should-be-studying-instead-I'm-gaming university experience.

In 2006 a high school English teacher asked students to write to a famous author & ask for advice.

KURT VONNEGUT - born 103yrs ago today - was the only one to respond.

His reply was a doozy.

An old work colleague of mines is releasing a board game and I'm SO thrilled for him and the rest of the team. Look at this, wow!

The Old King’s Crown is a grab bag of concepts from all sorts of other board games, each given a loving polish and shape to fit it into a greater whole, wrapped in the most amazing eye candy, creating a unique package.

Dispatch has been on my radar and I'm so hyped that it's been getting good traction... gonna play
It's cool how we keep proving over and over and over again that there's a significant market for narrative-heavy, character-driven, single-player experiences in video games and publishers just categorically refuse to believe us
Dispatch has sold 1 million copies in under two weeks

I am about to unleash glamours so accursed by answering the question - what if we gave a Summoner chainmail and bikini bottoms
The team is relaxing a long-held policy of certain types of gear glamour only being equip-able by certain roles. "Use any gear in your glamour, irrespective of class, job or level restriction." However, weapons/tools are exempt due to animations.

Oh I am SO deeply excited for this. I've been a fan since the beginning!
Mizuho Kusanagi's fantasy romance manga Yona of the Dawn (Akatsuki no Yona) will end in December 2025 after over 15 years!

The final chapter will be published in the December 19, 2025 issue of Hakusensha's Hana to Yume.
