I challenged myself this semester to break a mental sweat (finish dissertation) as well as physical (go to the gym). there’s gotta be statistical power demonstrating how insecure I, a 29yo F, feels in a 18-21yo dominated gym. reminder to myself that my metabolism has slowed, but my brain has grown 🤷🏼‍♀️
