On 24 November 2025, Ghulam Qadir, s/o Murad Baksh an 18-year-old student from Gwadar, was forcibly disappeared from the Coast Hospital in Gwadar at around 11:00 PM. As per local reports, he was abducted by Pakistan Army.

On 26 Nov, Imran son of Nadil Hayat, was forcibly disappeared during a raid on his home in Tump, district Kech. According to family sources, the raid was conducted by a local death squad in coordination with Pakistan Army personnel. Imran was taken into custody, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
