They did that first wave of layovers and we already saw the NA servers shutting down every 8hours because of people summoning retainers. I think we are already seeing the effects of this.

I’m a trained social worker. I worked with cases of CSA and other horrifying traumas. I didn’t learn til 6 months before I burnt out how dangerous and cumulative vicarious and secondary trauma are.

I promise you- people think they want to know the lurid details- they don't. I spent 30 years reading accounts of CA/SA and that shit never leaves your head.

Some bluesky tips I've learned so far for new artists that are joining! Go to "Settings > moderation > advanced" to enable how you can view moderated content on your feed, and "Languages > Content Languages > Select Languages" to make sure all options are unchecked to see posts in every language!
