Happy St. Brigid's Day / Imbolc! A necklace I treated myself to arrived today -- divinely timed? (Also I got a haircut and my stylist was kind enough to give me a blowout, which I am incapable of doing for myself.)

This has been a great week for my family for a bunch of reasons, so my husband and I took ourselves out to celebrate at @umisushi.oec last night (side note: it is not hard to skip meat during the Lenten season in Maryland). This is the Purple Rain--I highly recommend!

Quick trip to DC; the monuments are beautiful at night, too. And the cherry blossoms are starting to bud a little! In 6 weeks, the tidal basin will look like it's gilded with cotton candy.
