Please can everyone stop hammering on Quentin Tarantino for being a dick on the (amazingly still a thing) Bret Easton Ellis podcast. QT is a demonstrably amazing actor in his own right, definitely no weak sauce there, so superbly qualified to make judgements on acting

Didn’t love Del Toro’s Frankenstein. Production design is amazing, Elordi is fantastic, but Oscar Isaac’s Frankenstein is such an irredeemable and uninteresting bastard that it makes a lot of the movie a real slog. #filmsky

Tron Arse is not be the worst film of the year (bottom 25% tho), but it may have the worst script of the year. There’s an especially bad bit where Leto’s bland AI hero goes on about his love of Depeche Mode. Hipster Alan Partridge is probably not what they were going for. But it’s what they got.
