Glad to see things are starting to change. During GWOT the VA really let down veterans with providing care for mental health.

I used to get into internet debates with people about climate change, evolution, politics, pseudoscience etc. Eventually I started to ask “what would it take to change your opinion?” The answer was usually “nothing.”

I heard Pete Holmes point out how coffee and children have similar effects on the nervous system. Without realizing it, it’s easy to overstimulate.
Took a week off coffee to recalibrate my caffeine intake and now I’m really uncomfortable with the awareness that I feel better not being a daily coffee drinker.
