BREAKING: Federal agents in plain clothes and unmarked cars tried to snatch 1st graders from LA elementary schools—told staff they had “parental consent.”

They lied. When pressed, they HID THEIR IDS. DHS admits they sent them. This wasn’t a welfare check. It was a test run for a police state.

I don't relate to ALL of the items on this list, but I relate to a lot of them, especially around the latter half of the list.

#AutismMonth
10 signs you might be autistic... workplace edition

1. You cry easily when confronted, even about something small, and have a hard time holding in your emotions

2. You ask a lot of questions when being shown how to do something or when trying to understand expectations...

#CVE will be solvent for another 11 months, at least. That's something. What will happen after that still remains unknown, though.

CISA extends funding to ensure 'no lapse in critical CVE services'
CISA says the U.S. government has extended MITRE's funding to ensure no continuity issues with the critical Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) program.

Update: the #CVE Board has apparently been planning for this contingency for some time and plans to transition the organization to a dedicated non-profit.

For the sake of the global future of #software #security, here's hoping the plan succeeds. 🤞

This is incompetent, reckless, and insane.

The CVE database is widely used to be aware of and patch #security vulnerabilities in #software.

Whether you're in a #business, a #nonprofit, #education, #finance, or #government, this WILL adversely impact you.

Tonight, I'm celebrating seven years of marriage and almost nine years together with @trashpandabee.bsky.social.

We've put a lot of mileage into those years. It hasn't always been easy, but we've been through it together, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I started a new side project last night. The first one in a long time.

I don't know if it'll go anywhere, but it was still good for my soul. And I wrote about that part of it here.

It’s the only option.

The #US seriously need to stop with this hypocritical #partisanship bullshit.

There's no place for logic or reason in a political system where the voting public will praise one political party for doing something and condemn another for doing the exact same thing.

Of course, it’s hardly news that anti-voting politicians are driven more by raw partisanship than by high-minded principles. But it’s worth highlighting every time they demonstrate it. www.democracydocket.com/analysis/gop...
