A niche collection even by JRPG standards. Though, maybe most people who bother to collect retro JRPGs do know about Suikoden. Still feels weird to be adding to it in 2025. Anybody play these? Did you like Eiyuden Chronicles? I was not in the right headspace and lost steam somewhere in the middle.

I love the Harley Quinn show, but it’s weird this has so far been the only mainstream DC thing to explore the Green. Hopefully the new Swamp Thing opens things up more into the Elemental and magic side of the DC Universe, because that stuff will always blow Marvel’s magic stuff away.

Words of Radiance long since started. Who would have thought a pile of thousand page novels would be what got me reading again in a big way.

More than halfway into Way of Kings and so extremely invested in Bridge 4. Enjoying the whole book, but Kaladin’s present day arc is really getting to me right now.

Cold night for a Floridian. Time for some fantasy and an Old Fashioned.

Finally broke my concentration problem by bingeing Delicious in Dungeon. I have been trying to get back into anime for a while now, and it doesn’t hurt that like Frieren it’s some beautiful and relaxing D&D content as well. I also find it really comforting watching cooking in animation in general.

Finished reading Fire and Blood as the year started and got so big for my britches. Now my attention span is completely fucked. One novel, one comic book reread, two videogame replays and one videogame new play. All stopped. Still doomscrolling between everything though.

Superman never made any money savin’ the world from Solomon Grundy.

Love this setting a ton, and I feel this series is a great introduction to it. Hope to see more VtM comics in the future.

Man, Gilmore Girls coming back in a Walmart commercial with Luke giving Lorelai a Keurig feels dystopian as fuck.

Once again for the morning. Lot of bots engaging last night, unfortunately.

Please help if you can. I know there’s Bendis board people on here with some followers, and I worry the algorithm on Facebook is burying this.

Just beat Veilguard. I am satisfied. Some of the characterization of the factions has been flattened to be less prickly. But I still love the lore they revealed throughout, all the new characters, and the arcs given to some major returning characters.

Started Firefly as a comfort watch a while ago, and finished it in like two days. Now at a stage of starting various things and stopping them one episode in because the vibe isn’t right. Doesn’t feel like the right time for a Star Trek watch until SNW ends and I can start chronologically with ENT.

First one is pretty much a perfect film. But I also have so much love for the rest of the series. My most prominent memory from the pandemic when I first started working from home and was going stir crazy was marathoning the entire Tremors movie and tv series while playing Animal Crossing.
Excellent choice, IMHO! Next year is the #Tremors 35th Anniversary and I think it still holds up well, but then again, I am a little biased on that score!

My collection is mostly in boxes right now. So it took me a while to remember this came in. Glad I did because this book always brings me a lot of joy, and that was very needed right now.

Probably went overboard with the follows. Been living without Twitter since 2016, and this weekend was trying to recreate that environment of comics and comedy I remember. I don’t know if I’ll post much. Really want to start drawing again someday. But this is probably better than doomscrolling.

Suddenly reminded of when the Wild Magic Barbarian blinded my boss round after round, and I was still able to hit him consistently. Then I had to eventually send this pic.

Read last night. Like all the new Ultimate stuff I’ve read so far, I loved it. This one takes me back to a lot of anime I watched as a kid. Not as much body horror as I assumed from the short preview, but still really creepy. Would recommend unless you were hoping for normal versions of the X-Men.
