Eventually, #Google may need to start paying publishers to use their content via AI Overviews. CEO Matthew Prince with @cloudflare.social is already working on a way to make this happen. Exciting times for the future of publishers but for now, we keep fighting.

I am looking forward to seeing how "helpful ads", termed at #GoogleMarketingLive, performs. These ads will appear in AI Overviews if relevant to the queries answer. For example, a question regarding bikes will show ads for bike shops.
