#nottingham Jam have written a spreadsheet to solve the first two Code Wheel puzzles in the shout making both a Caesar and Enigma wheel spreadsheet style. Now onto the third code.

Cheltenham are at table 35 with a comprime number of people, enjoying decoding messages from the Shout. Today we learned how to pronounce Scytale.

Manchester's table doesn't have a number to have interesting properties, but there are 7 people here which is prime. If any more people come we'll report what's interesting about that number

Cheltenham were also enjoying the annecdotes and logic puzzles in Raymond Smullyan‘s “The Godelian Puzzle book“. I also recommended Douglas Hofstadter’s book “Godel, Escher, Bach…” - well known to those of a certain age, but new to our younger members.

After a bit of a break, Tacoma MathsJam is back in force. Had a great time, looking at dominoes, and asking similar questions about rectangular triominoes. In honor of the Shouts authors, someone brought a book they had been gifted but not yet explored.
