I've always been interested in the idea of creating artwork based on dreams or visions. This particular piece began in that way, and features imagery from a dream that my partner had last year.

The background features a checkered pattern in a tunnel formation with a silver orb in the center and a series of scope/sight symbols going across it. On top of that are purple chains crossing through the image, and a metallic substance dripping over it. At the top of the piece are two toads facing opposite of eachother with a pyramid between them that has an eye on it. Underneath the pyramid is an image of an EXIT sign. On the bottom there is an image of a baby yellow duck being held in a person’s hands. There is a faded red color throughout the top and bottom of the piece and six yellow and orange triangles across the bottom. White and blue cylindrical poles are on the side of the image, and diamond shapes fill in on the corners. The whole piece has a black and gray (metal plate design) alternating square border.
