If only we could see health & healthcare as an interconnected system.

So, investing 'upstream' & in community infrastructure creates health & healthier lives.

It's not 'anti hospitals' to have more resourced communities. We need to be willing to see the big picture & not just fight for our 'bit'.

We're backing a new Bill being introduced by Dawn Butler MP which would legally protect the title of "nurse".

This change would bring the UK in line with international best practices, helping protect patients. We're urging the UK government and other parties to back it.

If we want patients to feel held & safe, then NHS workers also need to feel held & safe. These things are totally related. What we have now is overwhelm & anxiety spreading through our services. We need to think systemically... to see the relationship between cared-for workers & cared-for patients.
