The temperatures went negative over the night. And now the grasses and rooftops are covered in frost. So pretty! Ah I missed winter!

Thinking about Remedy games, Quantum Break still has my favourite version of time machines and time travel. Just very neat in terms of writing and visuals

Yesterday stayed late and finally finished Ghostwire Tokyo after 20h. For the me highlight of the whole game was the school side quests. Especially the human anatomy model section. And whole quest gave me FEAR vibes, which I really enjoyed!

Finally got into and finished Summertime Rendering. Heared many gold things before, but having the same composer as Nier Automata is what truly got me into. And I gotta say, the 25-26 episode rule holds true. Definitely worth a watch!!! Some really nice plot twists!

That's right. It's time for part 3 of the FPS series; this time, a lot of assorted thoughts on what makes for good enemy design. This one was fun as hell to write.

It's crazy how saving and quitting in videogames is still frustrating to do. Even in games released within the last year!

Here is an explanation of how to design a save dialogue, with a bunch of examples over the decades: rystorm.com/blog/save-ga...

There is no reason to still mess this up.

A friend got me to play Ys Origin. And apart from technical difficulties and a bit weird layout, it's a very solid game with some really fun boss fights!
