Oh my gosh LOOK at these tiny babies! They were born at Rescue Cats Safe Haven here in Tas a month ago. Their mama is very scared but an excellent mama. And her babies are exploring and doing fantastically.

ILLEGAL! I have found an ILLEGAL birdwatcher engaging in illegal birdwatching behaviours.
(Thankfully the cockatiels do not find cats terribly stressful - although they do not like the lack of house)

Pretty little Ophelia has hurt herself somehow and is now in jail on crate rest. I've poked all of her important bones and nothing is broken, so I suspect she played too hard with a big cat and has a sore bit.
If she isn't improved by Monday she will get a nice field trip to the vet!

We got to meet the most unique little boy yesterday, he’s with our partner rescue. At first glance, he looks like a regular orange tabby. But take a closer look, & what seems like grease smudges is actually (drumroll)— small mixed tortoiseshell patches!! This little guy has 1:3000 XXY chromosomes.
